This real estate photo shoot featured an adorable home in the quaint city of Zephyrhills, Florida. The biggest challenge with this property were the cozy bathrooms that were located throughout the house. This was easily resolved by using a wide angle lens which is excellent for making tight spaces look much larger. It also makes exterior shots of a smaller property look much more substantial. This home had updated hardwood floors and this was showcased by shooting in HDR (High Dynamic Range) which really made the flooring stand out.
