Harbour Island – Tampa, Florida

Harbour Island is an exclusive gated community near downtown Tampa, Florida. This photo shoot showcased a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse with a 2 car garage. This property had been upgraded with several new features which included a renovated kitchen and brand new hardwood floors. These key features were emphasized by shooting in HDR (High Dynamic Range) which really made the beautiful wood cabinets and flooring really stand out. The benefit of using a wide angle lens in this property was that smaller spaces were able to be fully displayed.
